Biotechnology
Career/Program Overview
RCTC offers a certificate in Biotechnology. The primary goal of this certificate
is to provide both academic and hands on education to students to develop the
knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to secure employment as a biotechnology
technician. This program includes a special course introduction to clinical
practice which deals with human subject issues in biomedical research and patient
care.
Curriculum-at-a-Glance
Coursework includes: Biotechnology, Statistics, and Introduction to the Clinical Research Laboratory. General education coursework comprises 18 of the 28 total credits.
