Scholarship Process
Students must have applied and been accepted for admission to RCTC, PRIOR to submitting a scholarships application.
Incoming students must send an official high school transcript to the RCTC Foundation by the application deadline.
Non-traditional students should provide high school transcript if possible. Lack of any grade history may hinder review of application.
Please send any required transcripts or letters of recommendations to:
Materials mailed (or dropped off) should include applicant's name and Student ID, and must meet the deadline.
RCTC Foundation Scholarship Committee will review and award scholarships.
Returning and graduating students receiving awards will be notified by e-mail and incoming students will be notified by mail no later than April 6, 2012.
Scholarship recipients are strongly encouraged to attend Scholarship Award Night on April 19, 2012.
Scholarship awards must be used for tuition and books, unless otherwise noted.
Incoming and Returning student scholarships must be used at RCTC and cannot be transferred to another institution.
Scholarship recipients must complete and return a scholarship policy form by April 19, 2012. These forms will be distributed to recipients upon award notification and must be returned to accept the scholarship. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the scholarship.
Scholarship awards will be transferred to the RCTC Business Office after the 13th class day of the semester.
For most scholarships, it is assumed the student will be full-time, which means carrying a minimum of 12 credits (Some exceptions do apply, however, most scholarships will be pro-rated for part-time status).
Application must be complete or it will not be reviewed.

Scholarship selections do not preclude you from being eligible for all appropriate scholarships.
