STUDENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(MnSCU Policy 3.1)

In addition to the basic constitutional rights enjoyed by all citizens, Rochester Community and Technical College students have specific rights related to academic freedom and their status as students. Rochester Community and Technical College student rights and responsibilities are defined by the educational policies of MnSCU.
