Rochester Community and Technical College is committed to a policy of non-harassment for all employees. General harassment which interferes with an employee’s work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment is unacceptable and is prohibited. No retaliation or intimidation directed toward anyone who reports or makes a complaint of harassment will be tolerated by Rochester Community and Technical College.
