What is the SBDC?
The Region 10 SBDC is an organization supported by the Rochester Community and Technical College and funded by the Small Business Administration, The Department of Employment and Economic Development and various local funding sources. The SBDC provides Southeastern Minnesota area businesses with free technical and managerial assistance. Click on a link below to learn more about your area of interest.
How does the SBDC work?
The SBDC has several ways in which to assist entrepreneurs. Here are the three main ways you can access the SBDC resources.

The SBDC website is very useful in finding quick access to financing information, forms and publications, business documents, and much more. Simply click on the link at the right side of this page to find more information on a topic.
2. SBDC Seminars
If you are interested in business seminars you can click on the link at the top of the page to view the SBDC seminar schedule.
