RCTC is housed at the University Center Rochester (UCR).  The UCR Campus is located on 300 scenic acres in Southeast Rochester along the Mayo Run environmental cooridor.  The mission of the University Center Rochester is to provide access to quality higher education in an environment of integrated academic partnerships.  The partnership of the systems of the University of Minnesota and Minnesota State Colleges and Universities enables higher education that spans undergraduate, graduate, credit and noncredit, as well as providing an environment where global learning opportunities are continuously evolving.  The University Center Rochester comprises three institutions - Rochester Community and Technical College, University of Minnesota and Winona State University.

Heintz Center (formerly MN Riverland Technical College Rochester) is located less than a mile from the main campus.  Heintz Center features technical programs and houses our Center of Excellence for Continuing Education, Custom Training Services and Economic Development Department.  The Heintz Center is also home to many community organizations who are our partners.
