- You will then have an option to leave a message or send a page.
- Situations - Computer does not connect to network, Computer does not turn on
- Pages will be returned within 20 minutes.

When you e-mail us regarding the problem with your system, please include as much information as possible. Such as:
- The program you were running when you received the error
- What you were trying to get the program to do
- The exact error message (write down the message and error #)
- Did you have any other programs running at the same time?
- Were you connected to the network?

Academic Data Requests
- Requests to have data placed on the network must be received 1 week prior to the date needed. A copy of the file(s) must be given to Computer Services at the time of the request.
