Student Records & Data Privacy
A permanent academic record is maintained in the Admissions and Records Office for each applicant / student. The college is bound to observe the legislation pertaining to content and accessibility of the student record as prescribed by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.
