If you are unable to submit your application fee online using Visa, Mastercard, or e-check, please choose the PDF option below, and submit your completed application and payment via U.S. mail

 

Intent to Return - If you've gone to RCTC but it's been more than one year since taking classes at RCTC, apply online. You will not be required to pay the application fee. Please include your SSN and your birthdate on the application. If you are doing an Intent to Return form for Spring 2010, because of the General Application deadline you are not able to apply online please print the Intent to Return form and return it to RCTC Admissions.

pdf PSEO Continuation Form - If you are a current PSEO student who will continue enrollment at RCTC immediately after graduating from high school.
