Admission Application Form - choose this option if you wish to
submit your application fee with a check or money order.
This form may be printed and mailed in. To request a copy of the application
via US Postal mail, please submit your request to admissions@rctc.roch.edu.
Intent
to Return - If you've gone to RCTC but it's been more than
one semester since taking classes at RCTC.
PSEO
Continuation Form - If you are a current PSEO student
who will continue enrollment at RCTC immediately after graduating from
high school.
