International students who are seeking an F-1 visa 
The Online Application should be used if:
- You are applying as a new student
- It's been more than one year since taking classes at RCTC.
- You have previously applied for admission to RCTC but did not register or attend classes.
If you need to change the starting semester for which you originally applied and your application is still active:
Call RCTC Admissions at 507-285-7268 to determine if a new application is needed.
NOTE: You do not need to do a new application if your
application is still active and one of the following applies:
Change your major:
Call RCTC Admissions at 507-285-7268
Change your address:
Use the web portal, or send a letter to RCTC Admissions with your new address (please sign and date letter), or stop by the Admissions office.
Pay the application fee and are having trouble paying online:
Call the RCTC Cashier a 507-285-7311 to pay with credit card, or stop by the cashier's office
High School Transcript Request- After you have submitted your
application for admission, please have your high school transcript sent to RCTC.
