Family and friends of the RCTC graduates and candidates are cordially invited and encouraged to attend the Commencement Ceremony!

GENERAL SEATING

Tickets for family and friends are not required. Seating is available on a first-come basis. Plan to arrive before 6:30 for optimal seating. Note that guest seating will cease at 6:55 to allow for the processional and will resume in the designated late-seating section once all the candidates and graduates have entered the Field House. Guests must remain seated throughout the ceremony and may not block the view of others to take pictures or videos.

SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING

Tickets are required for this section. Contact the Admissions and Records Office at 285-7268 for reservations and tickets.

GUEST ETIQUETTE

• plan to arrive on time (no later than 6:54 in order to be seated prior to the processional)
• sit close to others so all guests may be seated
• refrain from making unnecessary trips up and down the bleachers - the noise and disruption detract from the ceremony and other guests' enjoyment
• be sure all cell phones and pagers are turned off or to silent mode prior to the start of the processional

PARKING

Guests may use any of the campus parking areas at no charge. Permits are not required.

PHOTOGRAPHS

A professional photographer from Lifetouch will be taking pictures of each candidate as he/she is shaking hands with President Supalla. Portraits may be viewed online at www.hjgrads.com approximately 7 - 10 days after the ceremony. Guests are allowed to take personal photographs and to video tape as long as they do not block the view of other guests or interfere with the proceedings.

RECEPTION

A reception in honor of the graduates will be held in the Performance Court immediately following the recessional.
