RCTC Men's Basketball announces 2007 signees:

RCTC Men’s Basketball Coach Brian  LaPlante would like to announce his early letter of intent signees for 2009.  RCTC finished 21-9 last year and finished 2nd in the MCAC.  RCTC Men’s Basketball has won 20 or more games for the fourth straight season compiling a record of  85-37 in that time span.

Matt Christenson-Maple Grove, MN Christenson is a 6’1 Guard who played in a very tough North West Suburban Conference in the Twin Cities.  He was an All-Conference Honorable Mention player for the Crimson this season.

David Fritsch-Stewartville, MN Fritsch is a 6’1 wing who helped lead his Tigers to the Section 1 AA Championship game. He was an HVL All-Conference selection this season.

Sean McGrath-Rochester Lourdes McGrath a 6’2 wing helped lead Lourdes to another outstanding year in the HVL Conference.  McGrath was named All-Conference and Honorable Mention All-State

CJ Johnson-Lakeville North Johnson a 5’9 Guard helped Lakeville North to a 20-7 record this season.  Johnson was All-Conference selection this year in the Lake Conference.

Colin Kurk-Spring Grove Kurk a 6’4 Forward led Spring Grove to a 20-4 record this season.  Kurk was named Team MVP and All-Conference in the Southeast Conference.

Davaris Davis-Chicago Marshall Davis a 6’4 wing helped lead Marshall HS in Chicago to the City and State Title in 2008.  He was an All-Conference selection and voted Best Defender in Chicago Public League.

Scott Hill-Bangor, MI Hill a 6’4 Forward helped lead his Bangor High School team to an 18-4 record this season.  Hill was an All-Conference and Honorable Mention All-State selection this year.
