Deb Hare - Head Coach for the Women's Soccer Team. Coach Hare enters her 11th year as Head Coach of RCTC Women's soccer. Deb Hare started the women's soccer program in 1998. Since then, they have posted a 94-31-20 record. They team has won the Region XIII Championship every season but one. They have been ranked nationally in the top ten every year since 2002.The program has been in the Regional Championship every year that the program has been in existence. The program has been the only team from Minnesota to win the District Championship and been in the National Championships. The soccer program has produced numerous All Americans. It has also given players the opportunity to go on to four year universities to continue their career.

Deb was an assistant coach for Winona State University's women's soccer program, after completing her collegiate career in which she played goalkeeper for three years at High Point University in North Carolina, and her Senior year at Winona State University. Deb earned 1st team All Region, All District, and 1st team All Conference honors all four years of her college career while also being ranked among the top ten goalkeepers in the nation. Deb is also on the coaching staff for the Minnesota Olympic Development Program for Women's Soccer.deborah.hare@roch.edu
