One of the Top Teams in the Country Again!

The young Yellow jacket squad carried on the tradition of being one of the strongest teams in the country again. The team was ranked 6 th in the country during preseason and has earned 2nd place ranking through out most of the season.The team has compiled a 12-4 record and ended up ranked seventh. Their only losses were to Division 1 teams and the national Champions of 2006. Three players are ranked in the top 30 nationally for scoring and both goalkeepers ranked in the top 6 nationally. Sophomore defender Brandi Creighton was named first team All American and Freshman forward Sarah Snyder was named sencond team All American. The team has really come together and is working well together. The main battle that the team is fighting is overcoming sickness and injury which seemed to play a large part in their lossin the District tournament.

Coach Deb Hare

Deb Hare started the women's soccer program in 1998, Since then they have posted a 80-25-19 record. They team has won the Region XIII Championship every season but one. They have been ranked in the top ten National every year since 2002. The soccer program has produced numerous All Americans. It has also given players the opportunity to go on to four year universities to continue their career.
