Randy Rager - Head Coach for the Wrestling Team
. Coach Rager is still the All-Time Winningest Wrestler in NCAA DII History with 162 collegiate wins while wrestling for the University of Minnesota-Morris in the late 90's. He was a 3-Time Academic All-American and 2-Time MVP for the University of Morris. Randy completed his Undergraduate Degree from the University of Minnesota-Morris and has completed 2 Master's Degrees from St. Cloud State University. Rager was an Assistant Coach at SCSU from 2001-2004 and has been very involved in USA Wrestling Clubs since 2000.

Klaus Alberts
- Assistant Coach for the Wrestling Team. Coach Alberts is in his 4th season with RCTC. Klaus brings an exceptional amount of experience and talent to the coaching staff. As a local wrestler from Hayfield, MN, Klaus won a Minnesota State Championship in 1997. He then competed at Saint Cloud State University where he gained NCAA Division II All-American status by placing third in the 1999 National Tournament.

Eric Hauan - Assistant Coach for the Wrestling Team. Coach Hauan is in his 2nd season with RCTC. Eric has been a valuable asset to the RCTC wrestling program. He was a 3-Time State Champion in South Dakota. Hauan then competed for NCAA Division I UNI where he was a 2-Time Division 1 All-American once in 2004 and again in 2005.
