In participation with the community, RCTC is actively involved in various youth programs geared to promote education and lifelong learning to our youth.
RCTC welcomes partnerships with community groups and offers assistance in developing specific courses or programs that serve the diverse needs of the Rochester community. GENERAL INFORMATION
Registration: it is preferred that you register for RCTC Youth Camps on line by clicking on the “REGISTRATON” link that appears on the specific camp page or clicking on the "Register for Camp" link on the left navigation bar. You will need to create a Household Profile and then list the family members. Credit card payment is done through a secured web site. If you prefer to register in person or by mail, payment can only be made by a check or money order.
When you register on line, you will receive a confirmation via your e-mail address. No confirmation will be sent for mailed registrations.
RCTC is a co-sponsor for Youth Camps and registrations are done through other web sites. That information and those links are clearly marked on the description of the Camp.
Waiver/Behavior/Picture Release/Health Information/Current Grade and T-Shirt Size: This form must be printed, completed and mailed to the office no later than two weeks before the start of the RCTC Camp. The State of Minnesota requires that RCTC has on file a signed form for each sponsored camp and each participant.
Cancellations: RCTC reserved the right to cancel Camps due to low enrollment. You will be notified and receive a full refund. If you need to cancel a registration, a 10% administration fee will be assessed.
No refunds within two weeks of the Camp start date unless for medical reasons. Documentation is required.
Camp locations and specific information will be noted on the Camp description.
Scholarship Application Process: RCTC Youth Programs seeks grants and donations to assist with tuition costs for eligible students. Eligibility is based on the Federal Guidelines for Free or Reduced Priced Meals. Contact Community & Youth Program Director at 507-280-3113 for additional information and process.
