THREE REGISTRATION OPTIONS

ONLINE:

Step 1.) Click “Register for Camp" on left navigation bar
Step 2.) Click “Sign In” found in the left menu bar
Step 3.) Click “Create New Student Profile”
Step 4.) Complete “Household Registration” form
Step 5.) Click “Add Youth Member to Household” and complete profile for youth
Step 6.) Click on "Browse Courses" on left navigation bar
Step 7.) IMPORTANT - print Waiver form, fill in, and mail in
Step 8.) Choose class and add to cart
Step 9.) Click which member of the household you are registering for; remove any check marks that do not apply
Step 10.) Submit and proceed to checkout

MAIL:

Step 1.) Send completed registration form.
Step 2.) Include personal check or money order
Step 3.) Make a copy for your records
Step 4.) Mailing Address:  Rochester Community and Technical College, ATTN Youth Programs, 851 30^th Ave SE, Box 50, Rochester, MN   55904

IN PERSON:

Step 1.) Come to Business and Workforce Education, Heintz Center, 1926 Collegeview Road SE, HC107, Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Step 2.) You will be able to use the office public computer to register online, credit card payments only
Step 3.) You will be able to complete a registration form and pay by check or money order only

CONFIRMATION: When you register online, you will receive a confirmation via email.  No confirmation will be sent if you mail or bring in a registration form.

WAIVER – includes BEHAVIOR POLICY, PICTURE RELEASE, CURRENT GRADE AND T-SHIRT SIZE: This form MUST be printed, signed and mailed: Rochester Community and Technical College, ATTN Youth Programs, 851 30^th Ave SE, Box 50, Rochester, MN   55904 or delivered to office, Business and Workforce Education, Heintz Center, 1926 Collegeview Road SE, HC107. 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  All registrations and paperwork must be completed no later than two weeks prior to the first day of Camp.

CANCELLATION POLICY: RCTC reserves the right to cancel Camps due to low enrollment.  You will be notified and receive a full refund.  If you need to cancel a registration, a 10% administration fee will be assessed.  No refunds within two weeks of the Camp start date unless for medical reasons.  Documentation is required. 

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS:  RCTC Youth Programs seeks grants and donations to assist with tuition costs for eligible students.  Eligibility is based on the Federal Guidelines for Free or Reduced Priced Meals.  Contact Community & Youth Program Director at 507-280-3113 for additional information and process.
