Registration Process


REGISTRATION OPTIONS

MAIL:

Step 1.) Send completed registration form.
Step 2.) Include personal check or money order
Step 3.) Make a copy for your records
Step 4.) Mailing Address:  Rochester Community and Technical College, ATTN Youth Programs, 851 30th Ave SE, Box 50, Rochester, MN   55904

IN PERSON:

Step 1.) Come to Business and Workforce Education, Heintz Center, 1926 Collegeview Road SE, HC107, Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Step 2.) You will be able to complete a registration form and pay by check or money order only

CONFIRMATION:   No confirmation will be sent if you mail or bring in a registration form.

WAIVER – includes BEHAVIOR POLICY, PICTURE RELEASE, CURRENT GRADE AND T-SHIRT SIZE.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  All registrations and paperwork must be completed no later than two weeks prior to the first day of Camp.

CANCELLATION POLICY: RCTC reserves the right to cancel Camps due to low enrollment.  You will be notified and receive a full refund.  If you need to cancel a registration, a 10% administration fee will be assessed.  No refunds within two weeks of the Camp start date unless for medical reasons.  Documentation is required. 

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS:  RCTC Youth Programs seeks grants and donations to assist with tuition costs for eligible students.  Eligibility is based on the Federal Guidelines for Free or Reduced Priced Meals.  Contact Community & Youth Program Director at 507-280-3113 for additional information and process.
