Rochester Community and Technical College’s Licensed Practical Nursing program was ranked third in Minnesota, according to a ranking from TopNursing.org.
“The major attribute of the college is an enjoyable and learning environment,” TopNursing.org said of RCTC in its report, noting the programs 95.42 percent pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination-Practical Nurse standard. “It provides a universal gateway to exceptional learning opportunities. The college aims at developing integrated skills in the students through many resources and practices.”
