The American Business Women's Association Rochester Charter Chapter Scholarship is awarded to a female student entering the second year of study at RCTC, majoring in the area of business and demonstrating academic achievement with a 3.0 GPA or higher. The Student must be a U.S. Citizen and be from Olmsted, Wabasha, Goodhue, Dodge, Mower, Fillmore, Houston or Winona County.
