Relicensure Committee - Structure and Guidelines

WHO IS SUBJECT TO COMMITTEE ACTION

An individual who holds a full-time, five-year license(s) shall be issued a renewed five-year license(s) when renewal requirements have been met during the five-year period immediately preceding the date on which the requested renewal is to be made effective. A faculty member who holds a part-time, five-year license is eligible for license renewal upon recommendation of the authorized administrator or verification of the local renewal committee review. Renewal requirements include recommendation for relicensure by the local relicensure committee, which is based on the individual completing continuing education requirements, which have been pre-approved by the committee.

Persons Eligible to Vote for Relicensure Committee Members

Persons holding a continuing (full-time, one, two, or five-year) license subject to committee action, and employed at Rochester Community and Technical College in a position requiring a license.

Persons Eligible to Serve on the Committee

Persons teaching on a continuing, full-time (one, two, or five-year) license(s) employed at Rochester Community and Technical College in a position requiring a license.

Persons Not Eligible to Serve on the Committee
