Adjunct and Temporary Part-time Faculty Job Opportunities
In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (MnSCU) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business, whether using a personal, rental or state vehicle, shall be required to conform to MnSCU’s vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.

ADJUNCT/TEMPORARY PART-TIME Faculty Positions:
RCTC is currently looking for adjuncts in the following disciplines for Fall 2016 and/or Spring 2017 Semester:
Biology: Adjunct faculty positions available for a variety biology courses. Both day and evening teaching options are available. Minimum Qualifications: A master’s degree in Biology or a master’s degree in any field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits (27 graduate quarter credits) in Biology or a related field. Teaching experience preferred. Dental Hygiene: Adjunct faculty positions are available in Dental Hygiene for Spring 2017. Responsibilities will include clinical teaching responsibilities. The faculty member will also plan to engage in such activities as: student advising and course evaluation. The position may require afternoon and/or evening hours Monday through Thursday as scheduled. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene and three full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience as a dental hygienist. One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years. Current Dental Hygienist License from the Minnesota Board of Dentistry required. Teaching experience in Dental Hygiene subject preferred as well as flexibility to teach day, evening, online and off-campus. Physical Education: Adjunct faculty positions available for Fall 2016 and/or Spring 2017 to teach a variety of physical education courses including Archery, Lifetime Fitness, Circuit Training, Body Toning, Basic TRX Training, Self-defense, Team Sports, or Bowling. Some second year college level courses may be available as well. Both day and evening teaching options are available. Minimum Qualifications: A master’s degree in physical education, exercise science or kinesiology or a master’s degree in any field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits (27 graduate quarter credits) in physical education.
