Adjunct and Temporary Part-time Faculty Job Opportunities

ADJUNCT/TEMPORARY PART-TIME Faculty Positions:

RCTC is currently looking for adjuncts in the following disciplines for Fall 2015 Semester and/or Spring 2016 Semester:

Accounting: Adjunct faculty positions available for Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 to teach a variety of accounting courses including financial accounting, managerial accounting, accounting spreadsheets and accounting and database applications. Both day and evening teaching options are available. Minimum Qualifications: MNSCU College Faculty Credentialing Requirements for Accounting (Code 500063). Art: Adjunct faculty positions available for fall 2015 to teach Art. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Fine Arts or a Masters with a minimum of 16 graduate semester credits in Art. Economics: Adjunct faculty positions available for Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 to teach a variety of economics courses including introduction to economics, principles of economics micro, and principles of economics macro. Both day and online teaching options are available. Minimum Qualifications: MNSCU College Faculty Credentialing Requirements for Economics (Code 500005). Ethics: Adjunct faculty positions available for fall 2015 to teach Ethics. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s in Philosophy or Master’s with a minimum of 16 graduate semester credits in Philosophy. An individual skilled in online teaching is preferred. Geography: Adjunct faculty positions available for fall 2015 and spring 2016 to teach Human and Economic Geography. Both day and online options are available. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Geography or a graduate degree with a minimum of 16 graduate semester credits in Geography. Preferred qualifications: two or more years teaching in post-secondary environment. Horticulture: Adjunct faculty position available for Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 to teach a variety of Horticulture courses including Introduction to Turfgrass, Turf and Landscape Management and Golf Course Field Operations. Teach courses utilizing traditional and alternative delivery methods. Minimum Qualifications: MNSCU College Faculty Credentialing Requirements for Horticulture (Code 500155) and Landscaping (000156). Reading: Adjunct faculty positions available for fall 2015 to teach Reading. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s in reading or a Master’s with a minimum of 16 graduate semester credits in Reading. Veterinary Technology: Adjunct faculty position available for fall 2015 and spring 2016 to teach a variety of Veterinary Technology courses including Pharmacology, Large Animal Procedures and Laboratory Animal Care and Management. Teach courses utilizing lecture, lab and on-line delivery methods. Minimum Qualifications: MNSCU College Faculty Credentialing Requirements for Veterinary Technology (Code 500057).
