The Innovative Design initiative will guide RCTC’s approach and implementation of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework, NCA alternative study approach and the Innovative Designs strategic planning process.

It will serve to link activity and ensure alignment of strategic and institutional effectiveness activities facilitating continuous improvement and innovations in systems and processes. It will also serve to manage all information used by the college to measure performance, benchmark, evaluate, guide continuous improvement and innovations at the college, guide the selection and use of data elements, guide benchmarking teams and activities and analyze and review college performance against goals and strategies.
