and institutional effectiveness activities. I'm a Malcolm Baldrige
National Quality Award and Minnesota Quality Award Examiner. I'm
a native of St. Paul and a graduate of the University of Minnesota
who moved to work in higher education in 1986.

community since 1984 (including being a graduate of RCC). I am

and design of brochures, fliers, newsletters, programs, business
cards, etc. I am also am your contact for the weekly publication

am responsible for college-wide advertising (radio, tv, newspapers,
etc.). In addition, I work with the members of our marketing team
to create various publications (viewbook, program brochures, etc.)
I also assist instructors in promoting their programs to prospective
students.

to be used in market research; continuous improvement; and strategic
planning projects. I am a native of southern Minnesota, a graduate
of St. Olaf College and have a Master's degree in Statistics from
Iowa State University.
