As Chief Student Affairs and Strategic Operations Officer, I oversee college relations, institutional research/effectiveness, strategic and operational planning, quality and continuous improvement, admissions and records, financial aid, student life and athletics. I also act as the media spokesperson for the College. Currently I am a member of the Panel of Judges for the Minnesota Quality Award. I have served as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and Minnesota Quality Award Examiner. I'm a native of St. Paul and a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Metropolitan State University.

In addition, I serve as an Administrative Assistant to the Chief

(including being a graduate of RCC). I design and assist in the planning and management of the college brand and all marketing materials for the College. I am also the contact for the weekly campus newsletter, College Crossings.

am responsible for college-wide advertising (radio, TV, newspapers,
etc.). In addition, I work with the members of our marketing team
to create various publications (viewbook, program brochures, etc.)
I also assist instructors in promoting their programs to prospective
students.
