Logging into your RCTC E-Mail Account

 

E-Mail Account Information

As a student in an online course, you are REQUIRED to communicate with faculty and staff using ONLY your RCTC e-mail account.

  1. User ID: Use a web browser and open the eGuide Online Directory (http://146.57.212.132/eGuide/servlet/eGuide). Using the pull-down menus to change the first field to StingerID and the second field to "Starts with". Enter your StingerID in the third field and click the Search button. The result of the search will show your user ID and email address.
  2. E-Mail Address: <userid>@acad.roch.edu
  3. Access to Account: http://webmail.roch.edu
  4. Password:
    • First try your birth date using the format YYYYMMDD
    • If that doesn't work try 99999999
