Resetting your password will
only reset the password for D2L and Network access. As of July
13th 2009 e-mail passwords will no longer sync with D2L and the
network, until the new email migration is complete.
If you know your old password you can still log into your email and
manually change the password to sync with D2L and the network by
doing this:
You can then change your password to be the same as your
D2L and network password
If you are a new student or you do not remember your password, you
will need to either contact the Technology Support Center at 507-536-5555
or email tech.help@rctc.edu with
the following information:
We will then reset the email account to a temporary password
and then you can change the password manually with the directions
above.
