What does a Customer Service Administrative Specialist and a Customer Service Assistant do?
Customer Service students are prepared to serve internal and external customers in many types of employment areas where customer interaction and service is vital. Common areas of employment are personal service, hospitality, medicine, retail, finance, communications, manufacturing, and many other industries. Students will gain insight into basic principles of business, business writing, and delivery of quality service and will be able to create positive customer relations to communicate effectively and to solve customer problems. Students will become proficient in Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint making them job-ready employees who have the customer service and technical skills to be an asset to any company.
