These tests involve applying electrodes to the patient, gathering and analyzing data online making certain that it is viable and interpretable. Neurodiagnostic studies can be performed in a clinical laboratory, a hospital, operating room, intensive care unit or at a patient's bedside.
Overview
The length of the CNT program is 24 months and consists of 81 credits. During the first two semesters at RCTC, students will take general education courses as well as CNT courses. The remaining coursework is completed at Mayo Medical Center.
A Certificate of Completion from Mayo School of Health Sciences and an Associate in Applied Science degree from RCTC is awarded upon completion of the CNT program.
Up to 7 students are accepted each year. Classes begin in August.
