IMPORTANT NOTE:
Thank you for your interest in the Dental Hygiene Program at RCTC. Dental Hygiene applications are accepted September 1st - March 15th.

Once minimum requirements have been met, admission is based on a point system. Points are given for completed general education requirements. Some courses are assigned higher point values (i.e. science courses).

If you are interested in applying, please submit all official documentation prior to the deadline.

MAKE SURE you have read and understand the DH Admission Prerequisites before filling out the application for the Dental Hygiene program.

The Dental Hygiene application is in both PDF* (Portable Document Format) and Microsoft Word format.

Application Instructions:

1. You need either Microsoft Word software or FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader* installed on your computer to properly view the application.
2. Download the Dental Hygiene Application.
3. Completely fill out the application form.
4. Mail to:
