Intensive Care Paramedic Program
ICP Advanced Standing Program Application

 

ICP Advanced Standing is awarded to students who have previously obtained their paramedic certification and are now interested in completing their Associate of Science Degree. Students may apply for advanced standing at any time by completing the Advanced Standing Application and submitting all supporting documentation.

Application Instructions:
MAKE SURE you have read and understand the Admission Requirements before filling out the application for the ICP program.

  1. Download the ICP Advanced Standing Program Application. (PDF*)
  2. Completely fill out the application form.
  3. Mail to:
