Medical Secretary Associate of Science Degree (AS), 63 credits
The AS degree is a 2-year degree that has more general education credits and is aimed at students who contemplate transferring to a 4-year institution. - Medical Secretary Associate of Applied Science Degree (AAS), 60 credits
The AAS degree is a 2-year degree that has some general education credits and is still transferable. -
Medical Transcriptionist Diploma, 35 credits
The diploma programs focus on skill development without a broad general education base. -
Medical Transcriptionist Certificate, 21 credits (These classes are offered completely online.)
The certificate program is for students who possess foundational general office skills and want a career change. See the detailed information on the Medical Transcription Certificate option.
