Dear Occupational Skills Applicant:
Thank you for your interest in applying to the Occupational Skills Program! The Occupational Skills Program provides individuals with the vocational training necessary to obtain and maintain competitive entry level employment.
- Diploma from high school/GED.
- Documented disability in the following area(s):
- Developmental disability/learning disability
- Mental health
- Chemical dependency
- Physical impairment
Steps to Apply and Checklist:
_______ Complete and return the RCTC “General Application for Admission” form (enclose
application fee). Click Here to complete online application
_______ Complete and return the:
_______ OSP Application Click Here for form
_______ Release of Information Click Here for form
_______ Include legal court documentation if you have a legal guardian
_______ Contact Disability Services (507-282-2968) to schedule and take the Placement Test.
Turn in required Disability documentation.

Once steps above have been completed and approved, the student will be contacted for a personal interview.
