A general bulletin of information regarding fees, procedures,
policies and services available to students. Hard copies are also
available at the RCTC information desk in the Atrium while supplies last.
Every effort has been made to make the handbook accurate as of the date of publication; however, all policies, procedures, and fees are subject to change at any time by appropriate action of the faculty, the college administration, the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board, or the Minnesota Legislature.
