To access Health Insurance Policy Information:
- Click on the Link: United Healthcare Insurance Plan Information
- Under "Find My School's Plan / Buy Insurance" choose "Find My School's Plan"
- Enter Policy Number: 2011-1251-1.
- Click on "Minnesota Community & Technical College" to access plan information.
