I am thrilled to be a part of both RCTC and the UCR team. It is my aim to work collaboratively to provide the best possible experience and service for our students. The change in the title of the office from Student Affairs to Student Development and Services reflects commitment to the principles, practices and theory which promotes student development environmentally, cognitively and psycho- socially.

Our goal is to encourage students to grow and acquire the tools necessary to responsibly meet their vocational and academic aspirations.
