The Technology Support Center (TSC) is a unified, one stop support area for Rochester Community and Technical College and University Center Rochester.

The TSC supports classroom technology, computer and mobile devices (Smartphones and iPads), login help, Wifi services, software support, printing issues, classroom technology assistance, basic phone support, and digital equipment checkout items, and provides traditional Media and Audio/Visual Services, as well as supplies. Semester Hours:
7:30 am to 10:00 pm - Monday-Thursday

7:30 am - 8:00 pm - Monday-Thursday
7:30 am - 4:30 pm - Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm - Saturday

 

Technology Support / Project Requests

Submit a support ticket to the Technology Support Center (TSC) if your are experiencing technology-related issues or submit a new project request for new technology initiatives.

For technology support, give as many details as possible including:

  • operating system
  • software used
  • browser
  • web address
  • office location
  • computer/user name

For project requests, you will be asked for details of the project in a separate form.

Welcome to RCTC's Technology Division website. We are proud of the role that technology plays in the educational offerings and services, and take pride in assisting students, faculty and staff. We believe that providing world-class technology is critical in the learning process, and instrumental in the college experience at RCTC. Our staff is innovative, customer service focused, and experts in a wide variety of areas. Missy Hagen

Missy has been on staff at RCTC since 2000. In addition to her staff role in Educational Technology, Missy has been an RCTC student, and an RCTC faculty member in Graphic Design/Computer Graphics and FYEX.

The Educational Technology Department services faculty and staff as they incorporate Technology into their jobs and classrooms. We have 4 primary goals:

  • Emerging Technology Research
  • Learning Management System Administration (D2L)
  • Staff Development/Training
  • Multi-media Production
