Contact the Technology Support Center

The Technology Support Center (TSC) is a unified, one stop support area for Rochester Community and Technical College and University Center Rochester.

The TSC supports classroom technology, computer and mobile devices (Smartphones and iPads), login help, Wifi services, software support, printing issues, classroom technology assistance, basic phone support, and digital equipment checkout items, and provides traditional Media and Audio/Visual Services, as well as supplies. Semester Hours:
7:30 am to 10:00 pm - Monday-Thursday
7:30 am to 4:30 pm - Friday
7:30 am to 4:30 pm - Saturday

Semester Break:
Hours may vary

Summer Hours:
7:30 am - 8:00 pm - Monday-Thursday
7:30 am - 4:30 pm - Friday
7:30 am - 4:30 pm - Saturday

 

Technology Support Tickets / Project Requests

Submit a support ticket to the Technology Support Center (TSC) if your are experiencing technology-related issues or submit a new project request for new technology initiatives.

For technology support, give as many details as possible including:

  • operating system
  • software used
  • browser
  • web address
  • office location
  • computer/user name

For project requests, you will be asked for details of the project in a separate form.
