Questions or problems regarding the student computer labs should be directed to the Technology Support Center

RCTC faculty & staff
All computer requests and/or problems should be relayed to the Technology Support Center via the following methods:

In Person:
The Technology Support Center (TSC) is located in Goddard Library GL100.

We do not always remember the request/problem of hallway conversations by the time we get back to the office so please use the phone or e-mail.

Technology Support Center Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 10:00pm
Friday: 7:30am -4:30pm
Saturdays 8:00am - 4:30pm

Summer Hours:
Monday -Thursday 7:30am - 8:00pm

Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Saturdays 8am-4pm
