Software for Faculty and Staff Home Use


Microsoft Software

Through RCTC's participation in the Microsoft Software Assurance Home Use Program (HUP), faculty and staff can get a licensed copy of some Microsoft Office applications to install on their home computer.

Under the Home Use Program, employees who are users of qualifying applications at work (e.g. Office Enterprise) may acquire a licensed copy of the corresponding Home Use Program software (e.g. Office Enterprise) to install and use on a home computer while employed at RCTC.

Starting with these versions of Microsoft Office applications, an individual fee of $9.95 is required per purchase.

Note: You will need to have a program code to place your order, you can receive that by either calling the Technology Support Center at 507.536.5555 opt. 1 or email tech.help@rctc.edu

Adobe Software

RCTC is also participating in the Adobe Campus Agreements which allows faculty and staff to purchase Adobe software without paying full retail price.

To obtain the Adobe Software, go to either of the following sites:

1. roch.onthehub.com (Use our RCTC username and password)
2. Journey ED

Note: Pertaining to Journey Ed Only - You may need to verify your status as faculty/Staff. Assuming you have not purchased from JourneyEd in the last year. You can verify your employment status quickly with VeriClick, but it does cost $2.95. If you do not verify your employment status with VeriClick you must e-mail or fax a copy of your faculty/staff ID to JourneyEd.
