Saturday sessions are the once-a-month, all-student Upward Bound day of excitement. They usually include an academic activity in the morning, lunch on campus, and a recreational or cultural activity in the afternoon. Besides academic enrichment and fun, these sessions are a chance for students to get to know each other and for staff to meet with the group as a whole.
The sessions are usually held at the RCTC campus. All students are expected to attend all nine Saturday sessions, and students are expected to arrange their own transportation to and from Saturday sessions. For specific Saturday session dates, please see the Upward Bound academic calendar.
