Apply for Stafford Loan

 

Apply for my Stafford Loan:
If you have been awarded a Stafford Loan, you must go through an additional application process to obtain your loan funds.  At RCTC, this application process is done electronically.  We call our electronic loan application process "Be-E-Loan's". 

To apply for your Stafford Loan, you will be asked to complete three steps:

  1. Complete an online Loan Entrance Counseling Session
  2. Complete an online Master Promissory Note
  3. Complete and submit a Loan Certification Form to the Financial Aid Office
