Iowa Resident Reduced Tuition Program:
Typically the tuition for non-Minnesota residents is twice the current rate for Minnesota residents. During this temporary program, all Iowa residents attending RCTC will be charged Minnesota resident rates (essentially a 50% tuition reduction).
Be advised that we can make no guarantee that this lower-tuition rate will be available indefinitely. The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board will work with the Minnesota Legislature to determine the future of this program. RCTC will promptly publicize any policy decisions regarding continuation or suspension of this program.
