Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP):
The MSEP offers reduced tuition to non-resident students at the rate of 150% regular tuition rates. Residents of Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, and Nebraska may be eligible for MSEP tuition at RCTC. To qualify, print and submit this written request form before classes begin to:
