1. By Phone

Call 507-280-3157 during office hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30). Credit card payment or completed business purchase order only.

2. By Fax

Dial 507-280-5502. Send completed registration form. Credit card payment or completed business purchase order only.

3. By Mail

Send completed registration form. Provide credit card information, business purchase order, or check for exact amount of class. Please keep copies for your records.

Registration Cancellation Policy
RCTC reserves the right to cancel classes up to five (5) working days prior to the class start date. In the event of the class cancellation, a full refund will be issued. The above statements are proposed as a general department policy. An alternative policy may be used in certain circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Students my cancel registration by notifying RCTC's Department of Continuing Education and Workforce Development. A refund less a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received at least five (5) working days prior to the start of the class. No refund will be issued if you cancel after that date.
