Registration Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy Students my cancel registration by notifying RCTC's Department of Continuing Education and Workforce Development. A refund less a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received at least five (5) working days prior to the start of the class. No refund will be issued if you cancel after that date.
