    Michelle Pyfferoen leads the department which includes the Southeastern Minnesota Small Business Development Center, online course development and customized training curriculum. She serves on various state and local boards focused on economic and business development.

    Abbey Hellickson is a Workforce Development Specialist who focuses on implementing customized training solutions. She has experience in Human Resources and Corporate Training and has worked with a variety of industry sectors.

    Kathy Richie is the Program Director for Allied Health Continuing Education.  She is a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience including staff and patient education.  Kathy is the primary curriculum developer and monitor for the online nursing courses.

    Dennis Kronebusch, Solutions Engineer and Information Technology Specialist received his B.S. degree from Winona State University.  He has 11 years experience, specializing in web design and programming; learning management system administration; instructional design and facilitation of on-line courses as well as on-line customer support.
