November 13–RCTC Student Automotive Technology Club Offers Winter Inspections

Rochester Community and Technical College’s Student Automotive Technology Club is offering free 15-point winter inspections in the auto shop located at RCTC’s Heintz Center, 1926 College View Road East. Inspections include testing coolant for freeze protection and battery testing.

As part of this Automotive Technology Club fundraiser, tire mounting, tire balancing and oil changes are available for a fee ranging from $10 – $50. A limited number of appointments are available on Friday, November 13 from 8:00 am – 12:00 p.m.

Contact RCTC’s Automotive Technology Club at 507-330-1310 between the hours of 8:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m. to schedule your appointment for an oil change, tire mounting, or tire balancing. All proceeds go to the RCTC Student Automotive Technology Club.

All RCTC students, staff and faculty will be wearing face masks and practicing social distancing. Visitors will also need to wear masks and follow COVID screening protocols. Visitors are asked to enter through door H8 located on the west side of the Heintz Center across from Olmsted Medical Center Hospital or through door H14 located on the east side of the Heintz Center next to the Workforce Development Center.
