Graduation applications are due within the first 30 days of the semester you intend on completing program requirements. The Spring 2021 Graduation Application Deadline was February 24, 2021 but if you hurry, you can still apply. Summer 2021 Graduation Application Deadline is March 22, 2021. You can find the Graduation application online. Accurate and complete DARS Audits must be attached to the application. You can access your DARS Audit through the eServices site.

RCTC will have a virtual Commencement ceremony this year and we hope all of our graduates will participate. We will be creating a graduate program listing all graduates. In order to have your name included in this program, you need to apply for spring OR summer graduation by March 8. Stay tuned for information on how you can join us virtually to celebrate your success!

You’ve worked hard and you deserve a break – to get away from it all and forget about everything. But as you make plans for time away from campus, personal safety is your responsibility.

The Minnesota Department of Health strongly discourages out-of-state travel at this time.  Please review the information below as you consider your Spring Break plans:

Travel to or from Minnesota
If you are sick or have tested positive for COVID-19, do not travel.

Out-of-state travel is highly discouraged.

    • People visiting or returning from travel out of state are asked to stay away from others (quarantine) for 14 days after they arrive in Minnesota, even people who have gotten a COVID-19 vaccine.
    • During those 14 days, it is important that you stay home and watch for symptoms. If you must go out, wear a mask, stay 6 feet from other people, and wash your hands often.
    • Staying away from others for 14 days is safest. In some circumstances, a shortened quarantine period may be possible. For more information, see Close Contactsand Tracing and Quarantine Guidance for COVID-19 (PDF).
    • If you are close to someone with COVID-19 during travel, follow guidelines for how long to keep away from others (quarantine).
    • For information on testing, visit Getting Tested for COVID-19.
    • Visit CDC: Travel for more information about traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As always, please remember to wear a mask, practice social-distancing, and wash your hands often.  We are all in this together, and we all play a part in keeping our campus community safe and healthy.

Help for Students
There are resources available to you on campus and in the community in a wide variety of areas. Check out the  COVID-19 Campus & Community Support for Students for more information.
