We?re excited to announce our school is participating in the 2015 College Student Health Survey?which runs Feb. 16, 2015 until noon on March 27, 2015.

We?re partnering with the University of Minnesota to administer the survey. Email and a postcard invitations have been sent to a random sample of students to participate.

Along with our school, data is being collected from 20 universities across Minnesota to help us more effectively direct health resources where they are most needed. We?d really appreciate it if you would mention the survey to other students in your classes, in the hallway or anytime you’re with other students. Please encourage them to check their school email account to see if they?ve been chosen to participate.

Just for completing the survey, students will have the opportunity to win a $1,000, $500 and $250 Amazon gift card in a grand prize drawing. One student from each school will win a $100 gift card to Amazon.

For more information about our school’s participation, feel free to contact me. You can also learn more about the survey by visiting the

Thank you for completing this important survey!
