Cap and Gone!: 840 students graduate

Rochester Community and Technical College celebrated its 103rd annual commencement ceremony on May 16.

Of the 840 graduates, 143 students received high honors with a grade-point average of 3.75 or above. Another 134 students graduated with honors with a GPA of 3.5 to 3.749.

Armin Budimlic, executive director of the Intercultural Mutual Assistance Association, was the keynote speaker. Budimlic, who emigrated from Bosnia Herzegovina in 1994, is a graduate of RCTC, Winona State University and St. Maryís University.
