The application portal for 2017-2018 RCTC Foundation scholarships opens on Nov. 30.<\/p>\n
Last year, more than 230 RCTC students received scholarships totaling more than $250,000.<\/p>\n
\u201cMany of our students are pursuing a dream of higher education that without scholarship help would not be possible for them to achieve,\u201d said Deb Ward, executive director of the RCTC Foundation. \u201cOur generous donors, who have established both annual and endowed scholarships, are providing students with the opportunity to follow their dreams and look forward to their future. Without their help, this would not be possible for those students.\u201d<\/p>\n
Awards begin at $100 and range as high as $3,000, with $1,000 being the most common award. It\u2019s possible to be awarded more than one scholarship.<\/p>\n
To apply for a scholarship, go to www.rctc.edu\/foundation\/html\/scholarships.html. The deadline is 4 p.m. Feb. 10.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
