Course Description

In this course, students will learn leadership concepts and tools to enhance their ability to motivate and positively influence others. Emphasis will be placed on creating positive and powerful relationships based on principles, values, and ethics. Additionally, students will learn strategies to identify and deal with ethical issues that supervisors may encounter in the workplace.
