Course Description
COURSE DISCRIPTION: This course is designed to provide the student with purposeful occupational experience in the welding and fabrication field. Each internship experience is individualized. A training plan is created for each student with the training site to provide experience related to the skills and knowledge acquired in the program. Two credits of Internship are equal to 80 total hours of on-the-job training (2 weeks). All WELD courses need to be completed with a grade C or better.
