Though the RCTC baseball team didn’t meet its goal of winning the Southern Division of the Minnesota Collegiate Athletic Conference, Coach Steve Hucke said there were highlights for the season.
“I felt the season went well,” Hucke said. “We did underachieve, but all in all, I’m proud of my guys and how they battled every day.”
Sophomore Jeremy Maschino was one of the mainstays of the pitching staff, making seven starts and three relief appearances. He posted 3-3 record while striking out 22 in 34 innings. (Echo photos by McKayla Ahlrich)
